Workforce records and handoffs are difficult to manage when recruiting, onboarding, training, and compliance live in disconnected tools and spreadsheets.
Missed handoffs create duplicate records, late onboarding tasks, lapsed certifications, and reports nobody fully trusts.
A candidate moves through recruiting and is hired through a controlled workflow that creates the employee record, consumes the requisition opening, and can launch an onboarding plan.
The same workspace tracks employee changes, task completion, training, certification renewals, compliance requirements, policy acknowledgments, audit history, and reports drawn from the stored records.
- Hiring is a single, retry-safe step, so a hire never creates duplicate employees or plans
- Onboarding plans copy their template at launch, so later template edits never rewrite active plans
- Overdue and expiring statuses are calculated from dates, so they are always current
- Every change is recorded in an audit history with the person who made it
