• Security Supervisor, iidon Security Associates, Dallas — Oct 2024 to now. Leads scheduling, deployment, training, and day-to-day workforce operations for an 8+ person team in a 24/7 commercial environment. Point person for 100+ occupants a day.
• People Operations Consultant, Grand Stage Exits (contract, remote) — Jun–Oct 2026. Designed and implemented the company's first formal virtual onboarding-to-activation workflow for 11 independent-contractor brokers, including the tracking system, onboarding packets, facilitator guides, and completion trackers. The system is still running with their trained HR associate.
• HR Coordinator, Childcare Resource Services, Houston — Oct 2020–Dec 2022. Supported recruiting, onboarding, training, and daily HR operations for 25+ childcare trainers across multiple sites.
• Business Operations Analyst, BOSS Global Advisors, Texas — Jan 2023–Oct 2024. Analyzed operational workflows across 10+ business engagements and maintained a CRM pipeline of 50+ clients.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, University of the People, completed August 2026.

Preston defined the business requirements, designed the HR workflows, set implementation priorities, and directed functional testing for the PeopleOps Command Center.
